Influx Health ("Influx Health," "we," "us," or "our") is a patient-acquisition agency and software platform for healthcare organisations. Influx Health is owned and operated by HXO HUB Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in India.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have — including your phone number and how we contact you. It applies to our website, our client platform, our landing pages, and any form you complete with us, including forms served through advertising platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
By providing your information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We collect information directly from you when you choose to give it to us. We do not buy contact lists.
Through our website, a landing page, a contact form, WhatsApp, or a lead form on an advertising platform: your full name, your organisation or clinic name, your specialisation, your email address, and your phone number. We also record which campaign or link brought you to us (referral and campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content).
Account details for you and the colleagues you invite (name, work email, role), your organisation's profile and marketing information, the strategy, blueprint, content and approval records you create with us, and records of your activity in the platform for security and audit purposes.
Billing contact details, invoices, tax identifiers, and subscription status. Card and bank details are entered directly into our payment processor's secure fields and are never seen or stored by Influx Health.
Your name, email, phone number, resume or portfolio link, and anything you choose to tell us in your application.
Standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and time on page, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Consent to receive calls, SMS or WhatsApp messages from Influx Health is collected at the point you give us your phone number, through one of the following:
At the point of collection we state clearly that the number you provide may be used to contact you about your enquiry, your engagement and your account. We do not use your phone number for unsolicited marketing unrelated to your enquiry or your use of our services.
You may withdraw consent at any time by:
Withdrawing consent does not affect communications that are necessary to service an active engagement — for example, invoices or notices about your account.
Influx Health works for healthcare organisations, not for patients. Our services are marketing and patient-acquisition services. We are not a healthcare provider and we do not provide medical advice.
We do not collect, request or store patient health records, diagnoses, treatment histories or any other patient health information. Where a campaign we operate on a client's behalf generates a patient enquiry, that enquiry is routed directly to the client's own systems; Influx Health does not retain it. Clients must not upload patient health information into our platform.
Content we produce for clients is prepared to be consistent with applicable Indian medical advertising guidelines, including those of the National Medical Commission (NMC) and the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI). Patient testimonials or case material are used only where the client has obtained the necessary consent and confirms it to us in writing.
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as the law requires. Enquiry records are typically retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction with us unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client account and financial records are retained for the duration of the engagement and thereafter for the periods required under Indian tax and company law. Job applications are retained for up to 12 months.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information — encryption in transit, access controls scoped to role, row-level database security, and audit logging of sensitive actions. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we take these obligations seriously and review them regularly.
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:
To exercise any of these rights, email info@influx-health.com. We will respond within a reasonable period, and in any event as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Our website and platform are intended for healthcare professionals and organisations, and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We are based in India, and some of our service providers process data on servers located outside India. Where information is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected by contractual safeguards consistent with this policy and with applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly.
